At Yapsody, we recognize the vital role non-profit organizations play in improving their communities. To support your mission, Yapsody offers a flat 50% rebate on your monthly invoice.
Here are a few things to note:
- Applicability: This rebate applies to standard pricing but may not be combined with certain special discount offers. Please check the specific conditions of any other promotions you use.
- How the Rebate is Applied: The rebate is not a per-ticket or per-event discount. Instead, it is automatically applied to your total monthly invoice once it is generated.
- Reporting: Because the rebate is applied at the invoice level, it will not appear as a discount in your individual event reports. If you pass ticketing fees on to your customers, you will retain 50% of those collected fees as additional revenue.
- Exclusions: This rebate applies only to Yapsody service fees. It does not apply to processing fees charged by your payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). To see which payment gateways are supported in your country, click here.
How to Apply?
The application process is simple and efficient:
Email your request to support@yapsody.com.
Attach official government documentation verifying your organization’s non-profit status.
Include your telephone number in the email in case we need to contact you for follow-up.
Once we verify your documentation, we will enable the non-profit rebate for your account.
